Introduction

Molden Technical & Consulting Projects Co. W.L.L. (MTCP), member of Khaldiya Holding Company, is a regional leader in Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) for MEP systems.

Established in 1997 in the State of Kuwait, MTCP has grown from a local consulting firm into one of the most recognized and trusted technical service providers across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Over the past two decades, MTCP has successfully executed major projects in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Iraq, delivering precise and reliable commissioning services for government, healthcare, industrial, educational, and commercial developments.

MTCP is the first AABC-certified company in the MENA region, and is also accredited by and affiliated with several international organizations, including the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG – USA), Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA – UK), Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA – UK), and ISO 9001:2015. Additionally, MTCP is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), actively supporting LEED projects within its testing and commissioning scope through performance verification and energy efficiency assessments.

As an independent third-party firm, MTCP provides comprehensive testing, balancing, and commissioning services for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building automation systems, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with international standards.
